Design Fees and Deposits

So Wise Co. typically requires a deposit to begin design work and website development. Balances are due per the terms of our agreed upon contract prior to beginning work together.

Printing Deposits

Are you ready to place a print order through So Wise Co.? For print orders under $300, we require payment in full at the time of the order. For print orders higher than $300 So Wise Co. requires a 75% deposit at the time of print order, with the balance due upon receipt of deliverables.

At So Wise Co we have a 100% Satisfaction money back philosophy. If you’re not satisfied with our services we will refund the fee for those services. Please contact us for complete details.

15-Day Refund Policy

A design process requires input from So Wise Co. and you, the client. If along the way, you request a refund, we will honor according the following terms:

Graphic Designs & Websites: Submit your refund request in writing within 15 days of receiving an artwork draft for review. No refunds on design work (proofs, drafts or graphics) that has been in your possession longer than 15 days without complaint. No refunds after you have approved artwork by: 1) signing a Proof Approval and/or Certificate of Completion, 2) indicated approval in writing, 3) or indicated approval by accepting, using and implementing usage of artwork for both graphic design and websites.

So Wise Co. will refund design deposits and design fees. Website hosting charges may not be refundable. And certain material costs incurred by you, the client, may not be refundable. These will be outlined in our agreed upon contract at the beginning of your project work.

Printed Materials: We make every effort to double inspect your completed printed materials prior to delivery. If you receive an item that is defective please contact us in writing within 15 days of receiving your printed materials. So Wise Co. guarantees items we print for you and we will remedy your defective printed items. So Wise Co. is not responsible for printed items that you, the client, obtain from third-party printers or printed projects not managed by So Wise Co.

In the event of a refund, you the client must surrender all artwork, concepts, intellectual property and materials that belong to So Wise Co., according to our agreed upon contract.

Billing / Invoice 

Invoices are due upon receipt. Late fee of 1.8% will be applied to outstanding balances older than 45 days. Invoice disputes or questions must be submitted immediately upon receipt of invoice, but no later than 15 days from receipt of invoice. We are happy to immediately address any concerns or questions you may have with a So Wise Co. bill or invoice.
